National Diabetes Framework Engagement

National Diabetes Framework Engagement

From the SFU Morris J. Wosk Center for Dialogue…

The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is undertaking a virtual engagement process to support Bill C-237 – An Act to Establish a National Framework for Diabetes, which received Royal Assent in June 2021. This engagement process is being conducted with the assistance of the Morris J. Wosk Center for Dialogue, based at Simon Fraser University (SFU).

As part of this engagement process, we would like to invite you to provide your input via an online survey platform. The results of this survey will build upon what we have learned from Canadians through a series of key informing interviews and dialogue sessions conducted earlier this year.

By taking part in this survey you will have an opportunity to share your views on the importance of various areas of focus related to diabetes. We also encourage you to provide additional feedback and input regarding the measures outlined in Bill C-237, and others you view as important for a national framework on diabetes.

The English version of this survey can be found here…

The survey will be available for your input until May 9, 2022.
