ONLINE REGISTRATION

Please photocopy registration form or print form from website as required.  We encourage you to register online @ www.bcadc.ca. Payment required at the time of online registration.  Participants will receive an agenda when you check in on site at the Conference. Check-in begins Monday, March 16th, at 2 p.m. in the foyer.

Before February 7th – $275
After February 8th – $300
Ages 7 – 18 years – $200

PRE-Registration Only – No new registrations will be taken on site.

No registrations accepted without payment. Space secured only upon payment.

If you cannot register online, please print and mail the form linked here.

A $50 administration fee will be charged to all refunds prior to February 14th.
No refunds after February 15th.
Registrations are transferable with prior notification. Payment must accompany registration forms.

Please consider those who are sensitive to scents, colognes and perfumes.

  • A friendly reminder that the National Indigenous Diabetes Association (NIDA) is accepting submissions for our Winter 2019 newsletter (December 21). We are accepting submissions until 4:30pm Friday, 
December 13, 2019. We want to share your stories and information for 
others to read about and learn from.

We welcome submissions related to all things related to wellness of 
First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples... diabetes and healthy-living, 
Aboriginal Diabetes Initiative, seasonal recipes, seasonal physical 
activity, kids’ activities, eye care, physical activity, foot care, 
mental health, food sovereignty, food security, nutrition, research, 
community and personal success stories with diabetes management and 
prevention.

Articles are accepted in MS Word format, can be up to 600 words, and 
can include pictures or graphics. Pictures may be submitted in jpeg 
format, and separate from the Word document.
